Eating fruits is good for our body but it should be eaten in small amounts daily, especially the tropical fruits with high sugar content.

Vegetables have different varieties. Vegetables are nutritious as it contains minerals and vitamins. Foods that contain lots of fiber are vegetables. However, these are not satisfying enough to make you feel full. It needs to be consumed in large quantities or eaten with other foods.

There is another type of food that is all of us like to eat. Spicy foods are tasty only to some people. Despite causing irritation to the stomach, there are benefits in spicy foods that are good for our health. Benefits include weight loss, prevention of heart diseases and prevention of cancer. Some people who have indigestion do not have to deal with eating bland food all the time. A solution is to let the stomach rest and slowly add spices to the food.
